Today is our first yard sale fund raiser. We cleaned out our closets and friends did the same. One friend baked cookies to sell and the kids set up a lemonade stand. The result is a driveway covered with stuff (and sometimes customers). It’s a good opportunity to meet people in the neighborhood, tell them about adoption and bring Sophie one step closer to home.
